Sustainable Decluttering Resources

Welcome to the Home Sanctuary Resources Page.

To help make your home sanctuary experience as simple and as smooth as possible, we have grouped together Sally’s favourite tips, sustainable resources and discounts all in one place.

This is a little taster of what you will receive when you work one-on-one with Sally.

We hope you love it – and if there are any sustainable links you think we are missing please contact us. We are always eager to support more green businesses.

  • Sally's top tips

Tidy in block of 3 to 5 hours, nevermore. You will wear yourself out and lose sight of your purpose. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint. Rome wasn’t built in a day!

  • How to discard mindfully
    1. Declutter in the right headspace
    2. Don’t glorify throwing away
    3. Upcycle wherever you can
    4. If it’s broken can you fix and donate it?
    5. Look beyond your charities
    6. Donate with foresight
  • What if I get stuck?

Come back to why you started. Creating a direction is the most important step in your home sanctuary journey. Read how to use the konnmari method.

  • Can I ask you about an item I get stuck on?

Of course. Send me a social media message.

  • Can I declutter outside of the KonMari sequence?

You can, however, I would recommend us working out why first. We can talk through your plan and how to complete your home in a FIrst Step Consult.
